This Is the Diary of A Girl

Case of the Missing Kia

Monday, Jul. 30, 2007 @ 23:01

Ha! I beat my mother in scrabble three times! She loses every game. Once she was done her work today we had nothing better to do but to play scrabble. The wonderful Kia was taken away. Shes made payments to it every month but apparently it hasnt gone through so a vehicle collector came to pick it up. We werent very nice to him. He said not to yell at him and I told him to get a job where people wont yell at him. We took the plates off and there was not much gas in the tank so its likely not far, but the keys are out of reach. I prayed that the cops would stop him. We asked for some proof that he was not just a random criminal trying to get away with our car. He gave us his card and the bank verified that this had to be done. We called Kia and they want us to get the car back. They have been receiving payments but the car loan has not.

Now I have to take a bus to the concert next week? Mom wants to rent a car, but its too much.

We took a walk to our friends place and she was shocked about the situation. The younger son was there but not with his girlfriend or baby. He cut his foot on some glass at a beach. Hopefully the cut is not infected.

I really want to get the Kia back. Once we do, we want to get it traded for one that is lighter on gas. Well see how this goes.
